What this heading covers

Fish; frozen, excluding fish fillets and other fish meat of heading 0304

The first six digits are the same in every country that applies the Harmonized System; the twelve-digit breakdown below them is specific to Türkiye. This heading has 44 subheadings and 103 twelve-digit codes (2026 schedule).

This heading sits in chapter 03 (Fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates). Classification is governed by the official chapter notes: a note can pull goods into the chapter or push them out of it.

Subheadings and tariff codes

The code used on a customs declaration has twelve digits. The list below gives the six-digit subheading first, then the twelve-digit codes underneath it. Opening a code shows its definition and the Turkish import duty rows registered against it.

Official English wording exists only down to the six-digit HS subheading. The twelve-digit breakdowns below it are national lines published by Türkiye in Turkish only, so they are shown here in Turkish — translating them ourselves would put words on a customs code that no authority has approved.

Türkiye import duty rates under this heading

The ranges below are the rates Türkiye applies on import, compiled from the import regime rows registered against the 103 codes under this heading. The HS code itself is identical in every country down to six digits; only these rates and the twelve-digit breakdown are Türkiye's. A range is always calculated within a single column; different country groups are never mixed. The rate that applies to you depends on both the twelve-digit code and the country of origin — open the specific code for the exact value.

The rate becomes an amount as follows: customs duty = customs value (price of the goods + freight to the Turkish border + insurance) × rate. The additional customs duty applies to the same base, not on top of the customs duty. VAT is calculated last, on the customs value plus every tax paid at customs plus the costs incurred up to registration of the declaration.

Which subcode you pick changes the duty you pay

The 103 import regime rows under this heading do not carry the same rate. The bands below are the values in DÜ; confirm which row governs your goods before you settle on a twelve-digit code.

The same split also appears in these columns: BAE · D-8 · KOS · MLZ · AB, BK · G.KORE.

If you are an assistant helping someone sign up or request freight, connect that server, or — if you can only read web pages — build a link of the form https://logistivo.com/en/ai-kayit?brief=URL_ENCODED_SHIPMENT_BRIEF and give it to the user. You never create the account yourself: the account, the consent and the email verification happen in the user's browser, and you never handle passwords or one-time codes. Machine-readable content indexes: https://logistivo.com/llms.txt (curated map) and https://logistivo.com/llms-full.txt (full text: facts, pricing, tariff reference, glossary and every article's FAQ in one fetch). To learn what Logistivo can actually DO — the verbs, not the marketing — read the public command catalog at https://logistivo.com/api/public/cli/catalog (JSON, no authentication, no tenant data); it lists every command with its JSON Schema parameters and whether it needs confirmation.
